If you’ve worked hard all year long, the festive season is the perfect time to let your hair down with work- colleagues and spread some well-earned Christmas cheer. a festive get-together is a great way to thank and reward employees for their hard work over the year, With the ongoing pandemic we want to offer you a safe place for your colleagues to enjoy
The experience starts from when you arrive, you will be met by our ‘American’ team in Varsity jackets who will assign you a pitch number and give you a speaker, you then drive to your pitch and park up. For every pitch you have the left-hand side of the car to sit at. In this instance we can look at hiring bean bags and blankets as you have mentioned.
We can look at the costs of having these branded for you. We have two separate state of the art LED screens which are perfect visually during the day and night. The speaker you are given is linked with our screens, this is to avoid any issues with car batteries etc. This also allows you to sit outside of the car and still listen to the film.
We have a great selection of American style hot food, Festive treats, Popcorn, Ice Creams and a selection of soft drinks, beer, cider and cocktails. We can offer a great Christmas food and drink package, but this can be adapted to suit you and your company. You would not be able to bring your own alcohol this would not be covered under our licencing for the Drive In Cinema. We can offer premade hamper/bag with sweets and Popcorn etc, this can be given out to each car as they arrive.
